<h3><span style="color: rgb(184,49,47);"><strong>Heartache for Springfield Ramblers Un12 Girls going down 2-1 away to Ballymackey today Saturday.</strong></span></h3>

<p>Trailing 1-0 they managed to equalise before half time but then conceded at the very start of the second half. With 15 minutes remaining Springfield Ramblers didn't convert a penalty and the game finished at 2-1 to Ballymackey.</p>
<p>In a match played in horrendous conditions the girls gave their all against a a physically stronger home team and they can be totally proud of their brilliant effort.&nbsp;</p>
<p>No doubt these girls will have the chance again in the near future that their skill and talent deserves</p>

<p>Brilliant day for St Als Carrigtwohill at the All-Ireland schools x country in Belfast. The Junior girls finished 3rd team in Ireland, just 19 points away from gold., Salute  the 5 girls Katie Hennesy, Ava Chandler, Miah Holland, Lucy Lynch and Aisling O'Leary. Oisin Dorgan representing Rochestown College finished in a magnificent 9th place in the Junior boys race.</p>

<p>After our 2 year lockdown with all classes suspended, everyone was keeping up the hard work at home learning tunes and even more so since the classes began again.</p>
<p>This is been awarded as CobhTrad will play on the viewing stand in town for the opening of the St. Patrick's parade in Cobh on 17/03/22 from 2 to 3 pm.</p>
<p>A big thank you to the St. Patrick's Day Committee for giving us this oportunity!</p>

<p>A mammoth morning of work by volunteers this morning gathering up weeds strimmed on the Lower Road, fence painting, bags of litter gathered, town centre roadside verges swept of muck, gravel &amp; grot. And we managed to pack in a little practice for the Cobh St Patrick’s Day parade on Thursday at 3pm! It was great to welcome Woody back helping us after his long quarantine. We look forward to Woody joining us in the St Patricks Day Parade ☘ Thanks to Seasalt &amp; Truly Scrumptious for the complimentary drinks and treats on this blustery day.</p>
