Another brilliant night of entertainment and dancing on Friday for the 2nd installment of Stictly Cobh dancing, thoroughly enjoyed by a raucous and hugely appreciative capacity audience at the Commodore hotel. The winner as well, as all of the participants was Cobh Community Hospital. Congratulations to all involved.

Adrian felt moved to play this on our Carillon this Saturday morning. The melody was composed by Mykhailo Verbytsky (1815-1870), a Greek Catholic Priest from Western Ukraine. The lyrics include the following: "Ukraine's glory hasn't perished, nor freedom, nor will".
