<p>Thank you to everyone who got involved in our annual school walk today. It was lovely to see so many people turn out in the sunshine to raise funds for our school!&nbsp;</p>

<p>Great work by Beavers this morning on our final weekend event of the year. They did a big beach clean at Blackpoint for #WorldOceansDay2022, meeting up with Tara and other Cleancoast Cobh volunteers who were beginning their own beach clean there. Then after a tiring walk in the hot sun it was back to our own beach for lunch, sausages and s’mores. Great job Beavers working so hard all year to keep our beaches clean.</p>

<h3>Today's beach clean found Clean Coasts volunteers out at Blackpoint Strand. It's always been a popular drinking spot for young people and that's not likely to change but we would ask those using the beach to take their rubbish home.&nbsp;</h3>

<p>&nbsp;Our u7s footballers had their first blitz tournament in Aghada on Saturday playing 3 different clubs. All enjoyed the matches and there was some good football played. Well done to all.</p>

<p>Our U9 team played a 3 team blitz in Bishopstown town this morning. Playing against Bishopstown and Blarney. Really enjoyable morning of football, in an excellent venue. The team are really consistent and improving all the time.</p>
