<p>Our juvenile tag rugby is commencing in the coming weeks. Starting Monday 15th August with registration at 6.30 pm followed by the first round of games. The finals will be held the weekend of the 26th of August. The tag will cater for girls and boys u6 to u16s, and only have a €2 registration fee. We are really looking forward to welcoming the kids back to the Paddocks for the run into the 2022/23 season ahead.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Works to support walking, cycling &amp; safer access to school is underway at @bsrac.ie Bunscoil Rinn an Chabhlaigh Rushbrooke, Cobh @corkcountycouncil</p>
<p>This exciting scheme includes: a #SchoolZone, raised table &amp; surfacing, micro art, junction tightening, pedestrian crossing &amp; Park &amp; Stride locations.</p>

<p>Look who's returning to Cobh People's Regatta!! In 2019 Gemma and the Jets totally rocked the square and they are back at 7pm Sunday. Gemma is famous for her vocal range and crowd interaction and we can't wait for their performance this year.&nbsp;</p>
<h3>The Queenstown Bridewell - Powerpoint Presentation</h3>

<p>Tim and Ann McSweeney are set to give another of their captivating local history presentations in the historic setting of the former Admiralty House, now St Benedict's Priory and home to a community of Nuns living the traditional monastic way of life. The talk this year focuses on the Queenstown Bridewell: A prison once located opposite Cobh Cathedral and in use until the late 1800's. There will also be the opportunity to view Cobh Harbour from the Admiral's balcony.</p>
<h3>Karen Underwood concert</h3>
<p>We are organising a special one off concert by Karen Underwood on the 10th of September, in Christ Church, Rushbrook, would you be so kind as to advertise this on your various media.</p>
