<p>Amazing sight as Biglift Baffin departs with the three cranes for New Jersey which were constructed at Doyle Shipping Group Cork. The largest single objects ever engineered in Ireland. Passing my front door at 4.30  Wednesday afternoon and still in view off Roche's point at 5pm.&nbsp;</p>

<p>We are busy putting the finishing touches to this year's "Cobh Chronicle" and it's looking like another fantastic edition.</p>
<p>Some people looking for it already even....</p>
<p>Reminder that all the proceeds from the magazine goes back to local Charities and Organisations and last year we were delighted to support many great local causes thanks to the sales and of local businesses who took out advertising within the publication.</p>
<p>Over €5,000 was allocated locally, pictured below and hopefully come the new year we will be in a similar position to help once again.</p>
<p>So look out for this year's edition which will be available in early November.</p>
