<p>Another beautiful day in Cobh and we have Princess Cruises Island Princess with us till 5pm...</p>
<p>Don't forget we also have the Cobh People's Regatta  with stalls, music and much more happening and to finish the renowned Spectacular Fireworks display at 10pm.</p>
<p>Only one place to be today... COBH!!!</p>

<p>The town togetherness is amazing to see and even out early this morning people making the place super clean and ready again is just brilliant.</p>

<p>Social media is a great platform to promote success stories and we’re fortunate enough to be able to provide plenty of positive bulletins on those among our squad.&nbsp;</p>
<p>However, anyone who achieves in this life knows that true success never comes before hard graft, setbacks and sometimes even failure.&nbsp;</p>
<p>For that reason, kudos must be extended to a quartet within our number who have recently returned to the race circuit after overcoming some tricky obstacles along the way. Real life challenges such as becoming a parent for the first time, working back from long-term injury, dealing with the aftermath of Covid, picking yourself up &amp; dusting down after a DNF are all part of the puzzle if you want to realize your running goals while also keeping the other important elements of life in balance.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Setting the standard congratulations to Trevor who finished 2nd in the over 40 National 5,000m on Saturday on a very warm day for that distance.</p>
