<p>When you have weather like this on Ireland’s Riviera seeing a sight like this lifts your spirits even more ! Thanks to our friends in Cleancoast Ballynamona for gifting us these half barrels which the residents at Connolly Street have done a beautiful job painting and planting up. It’s feeling like summer in Cobh.</p>

<p>Well done to goalkeeper Darragh Burke who became the latest member of our U19s to make his League of Ireland debut last night!&nbsp;</p>

<p>Time for a quick look back at some of last weekends success before we get totally carried away with this Friday feeling 😎&nbsp;</p>
<p>Millstreet AC’s friendly 5miler brought squad members together from either side of the Cork/Kerry divide, with Niamh (38:39) &amp; Trevor (27:32) both chalking up new personal bests as well as age category podiums.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Hot on their heels were Cian (20:19) &amp; Robert (24:54) who turned in a another couple of solid performances at Ballincollig parkrun&nbsp;</p>
<p>Last but by no means least was Dave who is nicely working back to race fitness on the triathlon circuit.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Following a positive season opener at Schull Triathlon , Dave continued his good run of form when stepped up to Olympic distance for Hell Of The West in Kilkee.&nbsp;</p>

<p>We done to young Pirate Billy Anglim , with no less than 5 Gold Medals at the National Swimming Championships. 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️💪💪👏👏</p>

<p>Caoimhe is another one of our pupils who has been attending UCC over the Summer as part of the Centre for Talented Youth Ireland (CTY IRELAND).&nbsp;</p>
<p>We are so proud of Caoimhe and her amazing hunger for knowledge. 📚&nbsp;</p>
