<p>Mile four along the route was dedicated to the memory of Ashling and will always be known as the Ashling Murphy mile.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Despite coming up just a little short with my own performance, Sunday really was a day to saviour in Cobh.&nbsp;</p>
<p>From organizers to sponsors, runners to volunteers, everyone involved can be rightly proud of their efforts.&nbsp;</p>
<p>A special mention also to all those who lined the course to cheer us on.&nbsp;</p>
<p>As local runners we regularly cover the route early in the day when most sensible people are catching up on sleep so to have familiar voices shouting your name on every twist and turn was such a special feeling.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Training and racing abroad has given me so many wonderful memories over the last few years but doing it on your own patch with the local support behind you is just magic 🪄</p>

The Hidden Mountain, the Fort and the Five Trees features works that consider social, psychological, allegorical, and mystical methods of processing trauma, conflict, and control. The exhibition is produced by SIRIUS and curated by Miguel Amado, director of SIRIUS.</p>
