President John F. Kennedy Memorial Park

This park on the promenade in Cobh was dedicated to President John Kennedy after his visit shortly before his assassination later in 1963. It has a bandstand, which is used for a variety of musical performances. There's a kids playground, plenty of benches for seating and even a couple of ornamental cannons pointing out into Cobh Harbour. A lovely place to take kids or to just to spend time relaxing.
