Old Church Cemetery

The Old Church Cemetery is located about 1 mile to the north of the town. It has many historical graves located within its walls. Included therein are the 3 mass graves of some of the victims of the Lusitania tragedy of 1915. Also interred there is the one and only "Gorgeous Gael" Jack Doyle, and Dr. James Roche Verling, one of Napoleon Bonapart's personal physicians.
