<h3>A 21-year-old student from Clonakilty is behind the newest tea shop to open in town.&nbsp;</h3>
BrewBa, which sells Boba or 'bubble' tea, opened its doors at Baan Sujittra on Ashe Street earlier this month. Owned and operated by Eva Shanahan, the joint has proven to be popular amongst locals and tourists alike in recent weeks.&nbsp;
Originating from Taiwan, Boba is a cold beverage typically made up of milk, ice, flavourings, and tapioca. It is usually quite sweet and textured, due to its exotic flavourings and the chewiness of the tapioca balls.&nbsp;
A natural entrepreneur, Eva is a business student at the University of Limerick and set up BrewBa to gain experience in the tea/coffee business. Due to the kindness and support of her boss at Baan Sujittra, she has been able to use half of their premises in the mornings and afternoons to serve up her drinks.&nbsp;
BrewBa is open from 11:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m Thursday to Sunday (check out <a href="https://www.instagram.com/brewba_/?hl=en" target="_self">their Instagram page</a> for updates on opening hours).
Some of BrewBa's flavours include Mango Milk Tea, Taro, Assam Black Tea, Coffee x Vanilla Boba Latte, as well as Peach, Mango, Pineapple and Watermelon bubble water.&nbsp;
