Clonakilty GAA Club

Clonakilty GAA Club, which is in existence since 1887, is home to our Adult & Underage Clubs, Ladies Football and Camogie. Our Club has a membership of in excess of 750 members. The GAA is a volunteer organisation promoting Gaelic games, culture and lifelong participation. We are dedicated to ensuring that the values we live enrich the lives of our members, families and the community we serve. We are committed to active lifelong participation for all and to providing the very best of facilities. We reach out to and include all members of society. We promote individual development and well-being and strive to enable all our members achieve their full potential in their chosen roles. Our state of the art facilities, which opened in 2009, consist of three full size playing pitches, (one of which has floodlighting), one underage pitch, a flood lit Astro Pitch and a hurling alley and hurling wall. These facilities are used by over 700 players from within the four Clubs. Within the Complex we have a Commercial Gym, Bar, Function Room and we have a number of commercial tenants providing a range of services, all of which are detailed on our new Website. In addition we have a one mile walking / running track around the perimeter of our grounds which is a safe enjoyable environment for all to avail of.
