Clonakilty Garden of Rememberance

The Clonakilty Garden of Remembrance was unveiled at 15:00, on Monday 2nd May 2016, located on the Inchydoney Road , adjacent to the Model Railway Village. The event included an address by Gabriel Doherty U.C.C.; songs through the voices of Clonakilty Choir, Pádraig Pearse's Poetry by the Kilmeen Drama Group, Local Comhaltas, Clonakilty Brass Band and the Raising of the Flag by two of the grandnieces of Michael Collins.
