The Distillery Tour finishes with a guided tasting of your choice in our speakeasy bar. The Minke Gin School offers a hands-on experience for gin lovers. An expert guide will teach visitors all about the gin making process from selecting their own unique botanical recipe, to the actual distilling of your own bespoke bottle of Gin using one of the mini copper pot stills.
