Castlerea parkrun

Castlerea parkrun is a free weekly timed 5k run held every Saturday morning at 9.30am sharp in the Demesne. It is open to everyone and is suitable for all abilities – you can run, walk or jog as you please. It is a great way to meet people, get some fresh air and exercise. The starting point is at the Demesne entrance across from Castlerea Swimming Pool. If you would like to receive a time for your run you will need to register at http://www.parkrun.ie/register. Once registered you will receive a barcode which you bring along with you on Saturday morning.
