SOLAS Health & Fitness is owned and run by strength & conditioning coach Cathal O’Shea. SOLAS offers a number of services to cater for a variety of different needs and ability levels. It is class and course based gym with the primary focus being on high quality Small Group Training including, weight training, yoga, high intensity circuits, low intensity recovery based training as well as 1-1 private and semi-private training options. Courses include Boxercise, Beginners Resistance Training, Bump2Pump (post-natal recovery) and Resistance Training for the older adult. SOLAS also cater for athletic populations with strength & conditioning options for a variety of different sports including our new SOLAS speed camps designed to improve your multidirectional speed & agility.
