Achill International Harp Festival (Féile Chruite Acla) takes place annually in October and brings international artists to Achill. The festival includes harp tutorials – including a harp making class – concerts and lectures. The aim of the Harp Festival is to shine a spotlight on the harp as the most significant symbol of Irish culture in the beautiful surroundings of Achill.
